We hope you had a great Thanksgiving, and as our gift to you we bring you a new show. We got to take one of the preview sailings of Celebrity Solstice, but before that we had a bit of news this past week.
First off QM2 gets some much needed connectivity enhancements, Disney is bringing 3D movies to their ships. Oasis of The Seas was floated out but the Prince Albert II will be getting some revised itineraries.
Seabourn’s next ship will be known as Seabourn Sojurn, and QE2 reaches the end of her career with her arrival in Dubai.
Celebrity announces that they’ll bring back Bermuda sailings begining in 2010 which is also the same year that Celebrity Eclipse will make her home in Southampton.
If our sailing on Celebrity Solstice was any indication Celebrity Eclipse will be a great ship. There was a lot we liked about Solstice (like the Lawn Club and Hot Glass Show) and a bit we weren’t impressed with (the closets).
