Regatta to get Makeover   

Regatta Cruise Community (registration required) has some details on Oceania Cruises upcoming $6 million refit of Regatta.  Some of the work scheduled include renovations to the Owner’s and Vista Suites as well as to the Toscana restaurant.

Similar work has already been completed onboard Insignia and Nautica.

$6m upgrade. The work will include a complete overhaul of the Owner’s and Vista Suites and the Toscana specialty restaurant, plus the addition of new soft goods and carpeting throughout the ship.  The six suites onboard will be totally gutted and rebuilt with a new red and gold color scheme, new furniture, Bose sound systems, flat-screen televisions, as well as new artwork.

Meanwhile the Toscana restaurant will getting a new Tuscan inspired color scheme, the Grand Bar will get bold colors, and the Polo Grill gets new chairs.  Meanwhile, The Horizon Bar will get a new look and a new bar.
