With his ingenious creation of the Dakak Beach Frostie, Alvin Escober, head bartender aboard Holland America Line’s ms Oosterdam, proved his bartending mettle and won the Frozen Cocktail category of the Second Annual Bacardi Bartender & Chef Cruise Competition.
