The Mail Buoy Episode 39

Just one long show this week folks. If you’re a fan of the two shows we apologize, but this was a long week for us so we were a little beat when it came time to record. This past week was our last wedding show so we expect to have two shows up again next week.

There wasn’t a lot of news this past week, however Princess Cruises did a pretty good job of dominating the headlines for the week.

First we had the story that Princess would be shutting their generators down when visiting the Port of Los Angeles in 2008. The Port will be providing electrical power to visiting ships that are capable of connecting to the power system.

Princess also announced new Alaska tours and shore excursions. As promised you can find the entire list of new tours and excursions here. Call us at 888-286-9827 for information about ALL of Princess’s Alaska tours and excursions.

Princess will be paying a fine for a whale strike that occurred back in 2001.

Crystal as eliminated all trans-fats across both their passenger and crew menus.

Meanwhile Royal Caribbean’s Majesty of The Seas is halfway through a month long drydock in the Bahamas.

This week we also talk a bit about what to pack as you prepare to embark on your cruise and we also have a suggestion or two about how to pack as you’re getting ready to disembark.

Don’t forget to check out the details on the new Fall Fiber Frenzy cruise, all of the late breaking details will get posted here.

This week’s Deal of The Week is a last minute deal onboard Carnival. Be sure to check it out before it’s too late!

As always you can find the show in iTunes, on Digg, and you can always use the links below to download the show or play it right in your browser window.
