Bizarre Cruise Story of The Month (maybe the year!) Cruise Community (registration required :( )is reporting that a passenger was witnessed jumping over the side of the Carnival Legend near Tortola on Saturday May 27.

According to reports, the man jumped from his balcony after arguing with his wife... The ship searched with the Coast Guard for 12 hours but was unable to locate the passenger. The Carnival Legend was cleared to return to New York on Sunday night. Important Safety Note: When sailing on a cruise ship (or any ship for that matter) don't let your temper, alcohol etc... get the best of you... It's never a good idea to try and disembark the ship from any location other than the gangways... Especially when the ship is underway!
