Royal Caribbean Takes Delivery of Freedom of The Seas

After completing her final drydock, Freedom of The Seas has been delivered to Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. The ship will remain in Hamburg until Tuesday while a series of events are held in her honor and then head to Oslo where additional festivities will be held on Wednesday and Thursday. After that the ship heads to Southampton on April 29, where it will remain until May 3 when it departs on it's Trans-Atlantic crossing. Freedom of The Seas will head for Cape Liberty, New Jersey for her naming ceremony which will be televised on the Today Show.
