Celebrity Cruise Lines Century will be heading to Italy’s Fincantieri Shipyards in May for a 5 week long $55 million dry dock and refurbishment according to the Miami Herald on Dec 22.
The project will be the most extensive renovation of the Celebrity and will add 314 new verandas, 24 cabins and even a new specialty restaurant.
This will be the largest cruise ship renovation ever handled by Fincantieri’s Palermo yards.
